Room was good but entry was in side lane

Location is superb Staffs are friendly Food is good

Swimming pool was maintained and functioning Cleaning room service is v poor

Room is clean and view is nice. The boys who do house keeping very kind and polite. Especially who cut my fruits and done room service.

A lot of flies in the restaurant. The breakfast is so bad and every day they serve same thing. They should introduce different menu each day. The man who was at the reception is a crook the way he treated me very bad and tried to give me the room very high price. Need to repair AC in the sitting room.

The room was very smelly and looked like the carpets were never cleaned. Cockroaches were in the bartroom made kids scared. The family room was not sapce enough for 2adults and 2 kids.

Sauberkeit im WC, es war 40% sauber, vielen problem beim Tür offen und WC Wasser läuft nonstop oder entweder kein Wasser. Balkon gibt viel Vögel, es immer viel stinkt innen rein.

Расположение. Искали квартиру в этом районе. Но надо понимать что под окнами дорога и железная дорога. Гул, сигналы автомобилей и поездов круглые сутки

Заселили почти на час позже озвученного времени заселения. Номер грязный, посуды нет. За неделю не было смены белья. Уборки тоже. Подмели по центру и пойдет. В душе вообще не убирался никто никогда. По углам грязь можно лопатой выгребать.
